1) Order Cancellation Window

Before Dispatch / Production
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- To cancel, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

After Dispatch or Production Start
- Dispatched, or
- Sent into production (in case not available in stock),
cancellation may not be possible.
This is because products are customized, processed, or allocated specifically for your order.
2) Refunds for Eligible Cancellations

For eligible cancellations (within the allowed window):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3) Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items:
- Cancellation may be allowed for individual items that have not entered production or dispatch.
- Eligibility will be confirmed by our support team.
4) Cancellation by URVANA
URVANA reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as:
- Product unavailability
- Quality control issues
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Delivery location found to be non-serviceable
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund, with no deductions.
5) Refusal of Delivery
- Refusing delivery of a dispatched order will be treated as a return, not a cancellation.
- Such cases will be governed by URVANA’s Return Policy.
